FNVG-AR combines Thermoteknix’ latest Fused Night Vision Goggle (FNVG), utilising 16mm night vision technology fused with 12μm thermal imaging, and Augmented Reality Tactical Interface Module (ARTIM), to deliver a real-time AR interface to Android Team Awareness Kit (ATAK).
With flexible operating modes, whether connected to an EUD with or without a network, or operating without an EUD and as a standalone device, FNVG-AR delivers real-time mission and operation performance.
The user can easily interchange between night vision, fused thermal imaging and AR for maximum detection and surveillance capabilities. FNVG offers flexible helmet mounting configurations with ARTIM acting as a counterbalance on the rear of the helmet.
FNVG-AR fully integrates with ATAK to deliver enhanced situational awareness within the team with Blue Force Tracking displayed on the AR interface, along with GPS and Compass heading.
