Maintenance & Extended Warranty Contracts
Whilst we pride ourselves on our commitment to service and support, customers whose equipment is covered by a current Annual Maintenance & Extended Warranty will be given priority in all service, repair and re-calibration work to ensure the minimum interruption and down time.
We have a range of servicing options available for all our current product models and for many previous product versions. For some very old product lines, it is not possible to source the spare parts. If this is the case we would be happy to discuss an upgrade option with you.

On-site Expert Assistance
Urgent on-site support, if required, can be provided by our team of skilled service engineers. Costs to customers depend upon time, location and the services required. Routine site visits should be scheduled ahead of time to save on call-out charges.
