All requests for technical support will be answered promptly by our qualified staff who can provide detailed technical assistance and use their best efforts in problem solving.

Whilst we pride ourselves on our commitment to service and support, customers whose equipment is covered by a current Annual Maintenance & Extended Warranty will be given priority in all service, repair and re-calibration work to ensure the minimum interruption and down time.
